2) संयुक्त राष्ट्र की सांस्कृतिक एजेंसी द्वारा एक फ़ुटबॉल स्टेडियम सहित नई इमारतों को खोजने के बाद, इसके विक्टोरियन डॉक के आकर्षण को कम करने के बाद, लिवरपूल के अंग्रेजी शहर को यूनेस्को की विश्व धरोहर स्थलों की सूची से हटा दिया गया है।

➨ 2004 में लिवरपूल को विश्व विरासत स्थल का नाम दिया गया था, जो चीन की महान दीवार, ताजमहल और पीसा के लीनिंग टॉवर जैसे सांस्कृतिक स्थलों में शामिल हो गया था।  प्रतिष्ठित सूची से हटाए जाने वाला शहर केवल तीसरा स्थान है।

3) 15वें वित्त आयोग ने क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में उच्च शिक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन लर्निंग प्रोफेशनल कोर्सेज के लिए 6,143 करोड़ रुपये के अनुदान की सिफारिश जारी की है।  इस राशि में 250 करोड़ रुपये आंध्र प्रदेश के लिए आवंटित किए गए हैं।

2) The English city of Liverpool has been removed from UNESCO’s list of world heritage sites after the United Nations' cultural agency found new buildings,including a football stadium, undermined the attractiveness of its Victorian docks.

➨ Liverpool was named a World Heritage Site in 2004, joining cultural landmarks such as the Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The city is only the third place to be removed from the prestigious list.

3) The 15th Finance Commission has issued recommendation for grant of Rs 6,143 crore for online learning professional courses for higher education in regional languages. In this amount Rs 250 crore rupees have been assigned for Andhra Pradesh.
