धरती को एस्टेरॉयड (क्षुद्रग्रह) के हमलों से बचाने के लिए नासा ने डार्ट मिशन को लॉन्च कर दिया है। इस मिशन का उद्देश्य अंतरिक्ष में चक्कर लगा रहे एस्टेरॉयड की दिशा पता करना है.
डार्ट मिशन की लॉन्चिंग स्पेसक्राफ्ट के माध्यम से की गई है, इस स्पेसक्राफ्ट को फॉल्कन रॉकेट के माध्यम से अंतरिक्ष में भेजा गया है जहां वह एस्टेरॉयड से टकराएगा.
