✅विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के एक स्वायत्त संस्थान, अघारकर रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट (एआरआई), पुणे के वैज्ञानिकों ने एक रूथेनियम-फेरोसीन बायमेटेलिक एजेंट की खोज की है जो प्लैटिनम प्रतिरोधी कैंसर में अत्यधिक शक्तिशाली एंटीट्यूमर प्रभाव दिखाता है।

✅प्लैटिनम दवाएं कीमोथेराप्यूटिक एजेंट हैं जिनका उपयोग कई प्रकार के कैंसर के उपचार के लिए किया जाता है।

✅प्लैटिनम-आधारित एंटीकैंसर दवाएं हैं- जिनमें सिस्प्लैटिन, कार्बोप्लाटिन, ऑक्सिप्लिप्टिन, नेडाप्लाटिन और लोबैप्लैटिन शामिल हैं।

✅रोगी इसका उपयोग करके लगभग 40 विशिष्ट दुष्प्रभावों के किसी भी संयोजन का अनुभव कर सकते हैं।
