सुशासन सूचकांक 2021 को 25 दिसंबर को लॉन्च किया गया था, जिसे हर साल सुशासन दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।

सुशासन सूचकांक के बारे में:

यह सूचकांक प्रशासन सुधार और लोक शिकायत विभाग (डीएआरपीजी) द्वारा तैयार किया गया है।

जीजीआई 2021 ने दस क्षेत्रों और 58 संकेतकों का उपयोग करके राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के प्रदर्शन का आकलन किया।

एक नागरिक केंद्रित प्रशासन सुशासन के प्रमुख उद्देश्य के रूप में कार्य करता है और जीजीआई राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में शासन की स्थिति की उचित समझ प्रदान करता है।

समय के साथ 20 राज्यों के सुशासन सूचकांक स्कोर में सुधार हुआ है।

गुजरात 58 संकेतक सूचकांक में समग्र रैंकिंग में सबसे ऊपर है और इसके बाद महाराष्ट्र और गोवा का स्थान है।

उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में लगभग 8.9% के सूचकांक स्कोर में बेहतरी देखी गई है।

संयुक्त रैंकिंग श्रेणी में केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में गोवा शीर्ष पर है।

गुजरात ने आर्थिक शासन, मानव संसाधन विकास, न्यायपालिका और सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा जैसे क्षेत्रों में प्रगति निर्धारित की है।

GGI 2021: Important Observations

The Good Governance Index scores of 20 states have improved over the period of time.

Gujarat topped the composite ranking in the 58 indicator index and it was followed by Maharashtra and Goa.

Betterment in the index score of about 8.9 % has been observed in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Goa has topped among the Union Territories in the composite ranking category.
