3) भारतीय रेलवे ने दक्षिण मध्य रेलवे (एससीआर) पर पहली बार दो लंबी दूरी की मालगाड़ियों “त्रिशूल” और “गरुड़” का सफलतापूर्वक संचालन किया।

➨180 अरब रुपये (2.4 अरब डॉलर) की विजेता बोली ने भारत के स्पाइसजेट के प्रमुख अजय सिंह को हराया, जिन्होंने एयरलाइन का अधिग्रहण करने के लिए अपनी निजी क्षमता में 151 अरब रुपये (2 अरब डॉलर) की पेशकश की थी।

12) राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने देश के आठ उच्च न्यायालयों में मुख्य न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति को मंजूरी दे दी है।  राष्ट्रपति ने एक आदेश में पांच मुख्य न्यायाधीशों के विभिन्न उच्च न्यायालयों में स्थानांतरण को भी मंजूरी दी।

➨ राष्ट्रपति के आदेश के अनुसार कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय के कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश राजेश बिंदल को इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय का मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनाया गया है।  रंजीत वी मोरे को मेघालय उच्च न्यायालय का मुख्य न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया गया है।

3) Indian Railways successfully operated two long haul freight trains “Trishul" and “Garuda" for the first time over South Central Railway(SCR).

4) Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Indian Space Association (ISpA) via video-conferencing, and, on the occasion, also interacted with representatives of the space industry.

5) Tata Sons, India's oldest and largest conglomerate, will be the new owner of the country's debt-laden national carrier Air India.

➨The winning bid of 180 billion rupees ($2.4 billion) beat India's SpiceJet chief Ajay Singh, who offered 151 billion rupees ($2 billion) in his private capacity to acquire the airline.

➨ As per the presidential order Rajesh Bindal, Acting Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court has been made the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. Ranjit V More has been appointed as the Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court.

➨Satish Chandra Sharma, the incumbent Acting Chief Justice of Karnataka, has been made the Chief Justice of Telangana. Prakash Shrivastava has been appointed as the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court.

➨RV Malimath, the Acting Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh, has been named the Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court. Ritu Raj Awasthi has been appointed as Chief Justice of Karantaka High Court.
