1) हरियाणा सरकार ने गुरुग्राम में पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में भारत का पहला 'ग्रेन एटीएम' स्थापित किया है।

➨ नई स्थापित मशीनें पांच से सात मिनट के समय में लगभग 70 किलोग्राम अनाज निकाल सकती हैं। बाहर राशन लेने के लिए लंबी कतारों में इंतजार करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं को एटीएम से राहत मिलेगी

4) स्पोर्ट्स ब्रांड प्यूमा ने आगामी टोक्यो ओलंपिक खेलों से पहले 18 भारतीय एथलीटों के साथ प्रायोजन सौदे किए हैं। इस रणनीतिक कदम के साथ, स्पोर्ट्स ब्रांड ने मुक्केबाज पूजा रानी, ट्रैक और फील्ड एथलीट तेजिंदर सिंह, निशानेबाज मनु भाकर और तैराक श्रीहरि नटराज जैसे एथलीटों को अपने रोस्टर में जोड़ा है।

5) चीन ने आधिकारिक तौर पर देश के हैनान प्रांत, चीन राष्ट्रीय परमाणु निगम (सीएनएनसी) में चांगजियांग परमाणु ऊर्जा संयंत्र में दुनिया के पहले वाणिज्यिक मॉड्यूलर छोटे रिएक्टर 'लिंगलोंग वन' का निर्माण शुरू कर दिया है।

6) IIT मंडी के शोधकर्ताओं ने आलू की फसलों में पत्तियों की तस्वीरों का उपयोग करके स्वचालित रोग का पता लगाने के लिए एक कम्प्यूटेशनल मॉडल विकसित किया है।

➨श्रीकांत श्रीनिवासन, एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर, स्कूल ऑफ कंप्यूटिंग एंड इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग, आईआईटी मंडी के नेतृत्व में केंद्रीय आलू अनुसंधान संस्थान, शिमला के सहयोग से पत्ती के रोगग्रस्त हिस्सों को उजागर करने के लिए आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (एआई) तकनीकों का उपयोग किया जाता है।

7) कैबिनेट ने 1 जुलाई से प्रभावी केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के लिए महंगाई भत्ते (डीए) और महंगाई राहत (डीआर) में 11 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी को मंजूरी दी।

➨ इसके साथ ही डीए की नई दर 17 फीसदी से बढ़कर 28 फीसदी हो जाएगी. देश में महामारी की चपेट में आने के कारण पिछले साल डीए और डीआर जमे हुए थे।

8) भारत 2026 में विश्व बैडमिंटन चैंपियनशिप की मेजबानी करेगा। भारत को 2023 में सुदीरमन कप का आयोजन करना था, लेकिन बैडमिंटन वर्ल्ड फेडरेशन ने चीन को विश्व मिश्रित टीम चैंपियनशिप की मेजबानी के अधिकार देने का फैसला किया।

➨यह केवल दूसरी बार होगा जब भारत विश्व चैंपियनशिप की मेजबानी करेगा, हैदराबाद ने 2009 में प्रतिष्ठित आयोजन की मेजबानी की थी।

9) केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल को राज्यसभा में सदन का नेता नियुक्त किया गया। गोयल ने थावर चंद गहलोत की जगह ली, जो हाल ही में कैबिनेट फेरबदल के बाद राज्य के राज्यपाल के रूप में कर्नाटक चले गए।

10) प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को राज्यसभा सांसद और प्रख्यात वकील केटीएस तुलसी की मां स्वर्गीय बलजीत कौर तुलसी द्वारा लिखित श्री गुरु गोबिंद सिंह जी की रामायण पुस्तक की पहली प्रति मिली।

➨केटीएस तुलसी ने खुद अपनी बेटी जपना तुलसी और पोती मुक्ति तुलसी की मौजूदगी में पीएम मोदी को किताब सौंपी. यह पुस्तक इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय कला केंद्र (आईजीएनसीए), नई दिल्ली द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई है।

11) केरल सरकार राज्य की सभी गर्भवती महिलाओं को COVID-19 के टीके उपलब्ध कराने के लिए 'मथरू कवचम' नामक एक अभियान शुरू करने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है।

➨अभियान के तहत सभी गर्भवती महिलाओं को आशा कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा वार्ड स्तर पर टीकाकरण के लिए पंजीकृत किया जाएगा। जो लोग स्वयं पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं उन्हें ऐसा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।

1) Haryana government has set up India's first-ever 'Grain ATM' as a pilot project in Gurugram.

➨ The newly installed machines can dispense approximately 70 kg of grains in five to seven minutes' time. The ATMs will provide relief to the consumers who wait in long queues to get the ration outside depots.

4) Sports brand Puma has inked sponsorship deals with 18 Indian athletes ahead of the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games. With this strategic move, the sports brand has added a bevy of athletes such as boxer Pooja Rani, track and field athlete Tejinder Singh, shooter Manu Bhaker and swimmer Srihari Nataraj to its roster.

5) China has officially begun the construction of the world’s first commercial modular small reactor ‘Linglong One’ at the Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant in the country’s Hainan Province, the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC)

6) IIT Mandi researchers have developed a computational model for automated disease detection in potato crops using photographs of its leaves.

➨The research led by Dr Srikant Srinivasan, Associate Professor, School of Computing and Electrical Engineering, IIT Mandi, in collaboration with the Central Potato Research Institute, Shimla, uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to highlight the diseased portions of the leaf.

7) The Cabinet approved a 11 percentage point hike in Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) for central government employees and pensioners effective July 1.

➨ With this, the new DA rate will be 28 per cent, up from 17 per cent. The DA and DR were frozen last year as the pandemic hit the country.

8) India will host the World Badminton Championships in 2026. India were scheduled to organise the Sudirman Cup in 2023 but the Badminton World Federation decided to award the hosting rights of the world mixed team championships to China.

➨This will only be the second time that India will be hosting the world championship, with Hyderabad having played host to the prestigious event in 2009.

9) Union minister Piyush Goyal was appointed as the leader of the house in Rajya Sabha on Wednesday. Goyal replaces Thawar Chand Gehlot, who moved to Karnataka as the governor of the state following the recent cabinet reshuffle.

10) Prime Minister Narendra Modi got the first copy of the book The Ramayan of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji written by Late Baljit Kaur Tulsi, mother of Rajya Sabha MP and noted lawyer KTS Tulsi.

➨KTS Tulsi himself handed over the book to PM Modi in presence of his daughter Japna Tulsi and granddaughter Mukti Tulsi. The book has been published by Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), New Delhi.

11) The Kerala government is all set to launch a campaign called 'Mathru Kavacham' to provide COVID-19 vaccines to all the pregnant women in the state.

➨As part of the campaign, all pregnant women will be registered for vaccination at the ward level by ASHA workers. Those who can register on their own will be encouraged to do so.
