अंतराष्ट्रीय वन दिवस : 𝚆𝙾𝚁𝙻𝙳 𝙵𝙾𝚁𝙴𝚂𝚃 𝙳𝙰𝚈 🌳

संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने 21 मार्च 2019 को अंतरराष्ट्रीय वन दिवस के रूप में मनाया। यह दिवस पर्यावरणीय स्थिरता और खाद्य सुरक्षा में वनों के महत्व और महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिवर्ष 21 मार्च को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वन दिवस मनाया जाता है।

विश्व वन दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य वन संरक्षण के प्रति‍ जागरूकता बढ़ाना तथा वर्तमान और भावी पीढ़ि‍यों के लाभ के लि‍ए सभी तरह के वनों के टि‍काऊ प्रबंध, संरक्षण और टि‍काऊ वि‍कास को सुदृढ़ बनाना है।

इसका लक्ष्य लोगों को यह अवसर उपलब्ध कराना भी है कि‍ वनों का प्रबंध कैसे कि‍या जाए तथा अनेक उद्देश्यों के लि‍ए टि‍काऊ रूप से उनका कैसे सदुपयोग कि‍या जाए।

📌 अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वन दिवस का विषय :

वर्ष 2021 के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वन दिवस का विषय "वन बहाली: वसूली और कल्याण का मार्ग है।" सीधे शब्दों में कहा जाए तो जंगलों का टिकाऊ प्रबंधन बेहतर भविष्य का निर्माण करेगा। क्योंकि आधुनिकीकरण और औद्योगिकीकरण के कारण पेड़ों की निरंतर कटाई की जा रही है। एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, साल 2016 में कुल 7.3 करोड़ एकड़ वन क्षेत्रों का सफाया हुआ है।

🌳 पेड़-पौधों की दुर्लभ प्रजातियां विलुप्त :

विश्व भर में तेजी से हो रही जंगलों की सफाई के कारण पेड़-पौधों की दुर्लभ प्रजातियां और जीव-जंतुओं की दुर्लभ प्रजातियां तेजी से विलुप्त हो रही हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त पेड़ों की निरंतर घटती संख्या से एक ओर जहां ग्लोबल वार्मिंग की समस्या तेजी से बढ़ रही है तो वहीं पर्यावरण और प्रकृति का संतुलन भी बिगड़ रहा है।

नदियां गर्मियों में सूखने लगी हैं और बारिश में कई जगहों पर बाढ़ की नौबत आ जाती है। कभी बेमौसम बारिश तो कभी भीषण अकाल का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। पेड़ों के कम होने और उद्योगों के बढ़ने के चलते प्रदुषण का स्तर कंट्रोल से बाहर हो रहा है।

• संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा 21 दिसंबर 2012 को वनों और जंगलों के पेड़ के सभी प्रकार के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए 21 मार्च को वैश्विक उत्सव के रूप में मनाया गया।

• हर साल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वन दिवस जो जंगलों और पेड़ों को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए मनाया जाता है।

• धरती का एक तिहाई भू भाग (विश्व का करीब 31 प्रतिशत भू भाग) वनों से आच्छादित है, जो दुनिया के चारों ओर महत्वपूर्ण कार्य करता है। ये वन क्षेत्र 80 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा पशुओं की प्रजाति, पौधों और कीटों के लिए एक घर है।

• लगभग 1.6 बिलियन लोग, जिसमें लगभग 2000 सभ्यताएं शामिल हैं, वे अपने जीवन के लिए वनों पर निर्भर हैं। वन क्षेत्र आश्रय, रोजगार और इन पर निर्भर रहने वाले समुदायों को सुरक्षा प्रदान करते हैं।

🗺 2012 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने की थी घोषणा :

संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने 28 नवंबर 2012 को एक प्रस्ताव पारित करते हुए प्रतिवर्ष 21 मार्च को अंतरराष्ट्रीय वन दिवस के रूप में मनाने की घोषणा की थी। इस दिन को विश्व भर में सभी तरह के वनों के प्रति लोगों में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और इनके महत्व को समझाने के तौर पर मनाया जाता है।

🧩 हर साल होती है अलग थीम :

हर साल अलग-अलग थीम पर इस दिन को मनाया जाता है। इस साल इसकी थीम, "वन बहाली: वसूली और कल्याण का मार्ग है।" सीधे शब्दों में कहा जाए तो जंगलों का टिकाऊ प्रबंधन बेहतर भविष्य का निर्माण करेगा। संयुक्त राष्ट्र के अनुसार इस साल की थीम UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030) पर आधारित है। जिसका उद्देश्य दुनियाभर के ecosystem का बचाव और पुनरुत्थान करना है।

साथ ही इस दिन दुनिया भर के देशों में वनों के संरक्षण के उद्देश्य से राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर के साथ साथ स्थानीय स्तर पर भी विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों और वृक्षारोपण अभियान का भी आयोजन किया जाता है। हर साल इस दिन को हमारे जीवन में वनों के महत्व को समझने के लिए किया जाता है।

🌎 दुनिया के 1.6 बिलियन लोगों की आजीविका वनों पर निर्भर :

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के अनुसार दुनिया के लगभग 1.6 बिलियन लोग अपने भोजन, आवास और दवाईयों के साथप-साथ आजीविका के लिए सीधे तौर पर वनों पर निर्भर करते हैं। हर साल दुनियाभर में लगभग 10 मिलियन हेक्टेयर वन काम होता है जो कि वायु परिवर्तन का मुख्य कारण है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र के अनुसार हम जिन दवाइयों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं उनमें से 25 प्रतिशत इन्हीं वनों से मिलती हैं। न्यूयॉर्क, टोक्यो, बार्सिलोना और बोगोटा समेत कई बड़े शहरों का एक तिहाई हिस्सा पीने के पानी के लिए इन संरक्षित वनों पर निर्भर करता है।

The United Nations celebrated 21 March 2019 as International Forest Day. This day is celebrated every year on 21 March as International Forest Day to raise awareness about the importance and important role of forests in environmental sustainability and food security.

The main objective of World Forest Day is to raise awareness about forest conservation and strengthen the sustainable management, conservation and sustainable development of all types of forests for the benefit of present and future generations.

It also aims to provide opportunities to the people on how to manage forests and how to use them in a sustainable manner for many purposes.

International Forest Day theme:

According to a report, a total of 7.3 million acres of forest areas have been wiped out in the year 2016.

Rare species of plants extinct:

Rare species of plants and rare species of animals are rapidly becoming extinct due to the fast cleaning of forests around the world. Apart from this, while the problem of global warming is increasing rapidly due to the constantly decreasing number of trees, the balance of environment and nature is also deteriorating.

Rivers are beginning to dry up in summer and rain causes floods at many places. Sometimes it is facing unseasonal rains and sometimes a severe famine. The pollution level is getting out of control due to the reduction of trees and the growth of industries.

This day is celebrated on different themes every year. Its theme this year, "Forest Restoration: The Path to Recovery and Welfare." Simply put, sustainable management of forests will create a better future. According to the United Nations, this year's theme is based on the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030). The purpose of which is to protect and regenerate the ecosystem around the world.

Along with this, various programs and tree plantation campaigns are also organized at the national and international level as well as locally for the purpose of conserving forests in countries around the world. Every year this day is done to understand the importance of forests in our life.

1.6 Livelihood of 1.6 billion people of the world dependent on forests:

According to the United Nations, about 1.6 billion people in the world depend directly on forests for their food, shelter and medicines as well as livelihoods. Every year around 10 million hectares of forest work is done, which is the main cause of wind change. According to the United Nations, 25 percent of the medicines we use are from these forests. A third of many large cities, including New York, Tokyo, Barcelona and Bogota, depend on these protected forests for drinking water.
