खजुराहों के मंदिर के प्रसिद्ध कारण

 खजुराहो में हिंदू और जैन धर्म के कुछ ऐसे प्राचीन मंदिर है जिन्हें भारत की सबसे खूबसूरत और सबसे प्रसिद्ध ऐतिहासिक विरासत में से एक माना जाता है इन सभी मंदिरों को एकत्रित रूप से खजुराहो स्मारक समूह का नाम दिया गया है इन मंदिरों की सबसे बड़ी खासियत दीवारों पर बनी हुई वह कामुक मूर्तियां हैं यहां आने वाले लोगों का ध्यान अपनी तरफ खींचती रहती है साथ ही यह मूर्तियां पूरी दुनिया को यह दिखाती है की प्राचीन मूर्ति कला इन मंदिरों के महत्व का अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है

 इनको साल 1986 में यूनेस्को द्वारा मंदिरों के इस समूह को वर्ल्ड हेरिटेज साइट की सूची में शामिल कर लिया गया था और भी बहुत से ऐसे मंदिर मौजूद हैं जहां कामुक मूर्तियां बनी हुई दिखाई देती हैं लेकिन किसी भी मंदिर में वह बात नजर नहीं आती जो खजुराहो के मंदिरों में है

निर्माण इतिहास

 बताया जाता है कि इन मंदिरों का निर्माण 850 से 1050 के बीच राजवंश के दौरान करवाया गया था साथ ही इसको इस को बनाने की शुरुआत चंदेल राजवंश के पहले शासक द्वारा की गई थी यही वजह है कि आज उन मंदिरों को बनाने का पूरा श्रेय दिया जाता है आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि राजा चंद्र वर्मा राजवंश के सबसे महान राजा माने जाते हैं क्योंकि आठवीं सदी में उनके द्वारा ही इस राजवंश की स्थापना की गई थी उस समय उनकी खंड नाम दिया गया था आज के समय के हिसाब से देखें तो राजा चंद्र चंदन का साम्राज्य यमुना और नर्मदा नदियों के बीच बुंदेलखंड से उत्तर प्रदेश तक फैला हुआ है राजवंश के सभी शासकों को कला से बहुत प्यार था।

उन्होंने अपने शासनकाल में उन्होंने खूबसूरत  मंदिरों का निर्माण कराया था इन सभी मंदिरों का निर्माण होने में लगभग 165 साल का समय लग गया था इस दौरान चंदेल राजवंश के शासक जरूर बदलते रहे लेकिन मंदिरों के निर्माण का कार्य चलता रहा इतिहासकार बताते हैं कि शुरुआत में इन मंदिरों की संख्या 50 थी जो कि लगभग 20 किलोमीटर के एरिया में फैले हुए थे लेकिन अब आए हैं जो किलोमीटर के दायरे में फैले हुए हैं।

नष्ट होने के कारण

 दीवारों पर बनी मूर्तियों की वजह से बहुत से लोग और पंथ धर्म के विरुद्ध मानते थे इसीलिए इतिहास में कई बार इन मंदिरों को नष्ट करने के प्रयास किए गए गया गया इसके अलावा गुलाम वंश के कुतुबुद्दीन ऐबक और लोदी वंश के सिकंदर लोदी जैसे और भी कई शासकों ने कई बार इन मंदिरों को नष्ट करने के प्रयास किए और इस तरह नष्ट होते होते आज खजुराहो में सिर्फ 20-25 मंदिर ही बाकी रह गए हैं खजुराहो के मंदिरों पर बनी मूर्तियों में स्त्रियों और पुरुषों के बीच होने वाली काम क्रिया के अलग-अलग आसनों को दिखाया गया है इन दीवारों पर काम सूत्र के अलग-अलग बड़ी ही खूबसूरती और कलाकारी से प्रदर्शित किए गए हैं वैसे अगर आप सोचते हैं कि इन दीवारों पर सिर्फ कामुक मूर्तियां बनाई गई हैं तो आप पूरी तरह गलत है क्योंकि इन मंदिरों में कामुक मूर्तियों के अलावा बहुत सी ऐसी मूर्तियां भी हैं जो इंसानों की रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी को बड़ी ही सुंदरता से दर्शाती हैं अब समाज के की अगर बात करें तो मंदिर पर बनी यह कामुक मूर्तियां उन्हें काफी अजीब और असली नजर आती है और बहुत से लोग इन मूर्तियों के होने का कड़ा विरोध करते हैं वैसे देखा जाए तो हम इंसानों के बीच हमेशा एक गुप्त क्रिया मानी जाती है ऐसे में मंदिर जैसी पवित्र जगह पर खुले रूप से इस तरह की मूर्तियों का होना कोई आम बात नहीं है

ऐसी मूर्ति बनाने का कारण

 अब ज्यादातर लोगों के मन में यह सवाल आता है कि आखिर इन मंदिरों की दीवारों पर इन मूर्तियों को क्यों बनाया गया और अगर यह मूर्तियां समाज को कोई खास मैसेज देती हैं तो वह मैसेज किया है दोस्तों मंदिर पर इस तरह की मूर्तियां बनाने का मकसद क्या था इसका एक सटीक जवाब किसी के पास नहीं है

पहला कारण

 दोस्तों खजुराहो के मंदिरों में इनका मूर्तियों को बनाने का सबसे बड़ा कारण एक पौराणिक कथा से जुड़ा हुआ है इस कथा में बताया गया है कि काशी के रहने वाले एक प्रसिद्ध ब्राह्मण राजपुरोहित हेमराज की बेटी हेमवती बहुत ज्यादा सुंदर हुआ करती थी एक दिन शाम के समय एक तालाब में स्नान कर रही थी कि तभी चंद्रमा यानी चंद्र देव की नजर पड़ गई तालाब के पानी में भीगे हेमवती के  सौंदर्य को देख कर देखकर उसी पर उन्हें अपना दिल दे बैठे चाह कर भी खुद को रोक नहीं पाए और अपना रूप बदलकर तुरंत ही हेमवती  के पास पहुंच गए उन्होंने हेमवती को पाने के लिए उनका अपहरण कर लिया और उन्हें अपने साथ जंगल ले गए। जंगल में जाने के बाद युवती को भी उनसे प्यार हो गया और इस मिलन हेमवती ने एक बेटे को जन्म दिया जिसका नाम उन्होंने चंद्रन रखा।

 समाज के चंद्र अवस्थी ने अपने बेटे का पालन पोषण जंगल में ही किया था शुरुआत से ही अपने बेटे को एक महान शासक बनाना चाहती थी चंद्रवड़नी बड़े होकर चंदेल वंश की नींव रखी और अपनी मां का सपना पूरा करते हुए वह एक महान राजा और वीर बर्मन की वर्मा हेमवती सपने में आई और उन्होंने चंद्र मंदिर बनाने को कहा जो समाज में यह संदेश पहुंचाएं कि इंसान की जिंदगी में दूसरी चीजों की तरह इस हर्ष भी जिंदगी का अहम हिस्सा होती है और अपनी इच्छाओं को पूरा करना किसी भी तरह का कोई बात नहीं होता यह सपना देखने के बाद की ठान लिया कि वे अपनी मां की इच्छा को हर हाल में पूरा करेंगे और काफी सोच-विचार के बाद उन्होंने इन मंदिरों के निर्माण के लिए खजुराहो नगर को चुना था इसके लिए सबसे पहले उन्होंने खजुराहो को अपने साम्राज्य की राजधानी बनाया और फिर अपनी राजधानी में उन्होंने पचासी विधियों का एक विशाल यज्ञ करवाया बाद में इन्हीं विधियों की जगह पर यह पचासी भव्य मंदिर बनवाए गए जो अपनी खूबसूरती और कलाकृतियों के लिए आज भी दुनिया में प्रसिद्ध है और दोस्तों इस पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार इस तरह दुनिया के अंदर अस्तित्व में आए ।

दूसरा कारण

 बहुत से खोजकर्ता का कहना है कि ये मूर्तियां इसलिए बनाई गई थी ताकि यहां आने वाले लोग अपने मन से सभी तरह के भोग विलास को खत्म करके शांत मन  से मंदिर के अंदर जाएं इन विद्वानों का यह कहना था कि इंसान अपनी आस्थाओं से तब तक छुटकारा नहीं पा सकता जब तक कि खुद उसका एक्सपीरियंस ना कर ले और लोगों को उनकी आशाओं का अनुभव कराने के लिए ही मंदिर की बाहरी दीवारों पर यह मूर्तियां बनाई गई थी इन मूर्तियों को इस तरह से बनाया गया है कि मंदिर में जाने वाले हर एक व्यक्ति की नजर इनके ऊपर जरूरत पड़ती है और इस तरह इन मूर्तियों की वजह से लोग एक शांत मन को लेकर इन मंदिरों में प्रवेश करते हैं।

 तीसरा कारण 

तीसरा कारण दोस्तों इस तरह की मूर्तियां बनाने के पीछे एक तरकीब भी दिया जाता है तर्क दिया जाता है कि इस जमाने में यह मंदिर बनाए गए थे उस समय बौद्ध धर्म बहुत तेजी से फैल रहा था और बौद्ध धर्म के प्रभाव में आकर उस समय के ज्यादातर युवा अपना घर बार और को छोड़कर ब्रह्मचर्य जीवन को अपनाने लगे थे बताया जाता है कि उन युवाओं को फिर से गृहस्थ जीवन की तरफ लुभाने के लिए ही खजुराहो सहित देशभर में इस तरह के मूर्तियां बनाए गए थे दर्शन हिंदू और जैन धर्म के लोग युवाओं को यह समझाना चाहते थे कि गृहस्थ जीवन अपना कर दी मोक्ष की प्राप्ति की जा सकती है इसीलिए इस तरह के मंदिरों को अलग-अलग जगहों पर बनाया गया था।

 चौथा कारण

 इन मंदिरों पर यह मूर्तियां बनाने का एक कारण यह भी बताया जाता है कि चंदेल राजवंश के दौरान इस साम्राज्य में तांत्रिकों का एक समुदाय रहा करता था और इस समुदाय के लोग उस समय युवक वह दोनों को ही मोक्ष प्राप्त करने का साधन मानते थे वे लोग इस बात को समाज में पहुंचाना चाहते थे और इसीलिए उन्होंने इन मंदिरों पर इस तरह की मूर्तियों का निर्माण कराया था।

 दोस्तों आपको यह जानकर काफी हैरानी होगी कि भारत के मशहूर आध्यात्मिक गुरु रजनीश ओशो ने इन मूर्तियों को स्विच वर्ल्ड की सबसे अच्छी धरोहर बताया है उसने अपने प्रवचन में खजुराहो के मंदिरों पर खुलकर अपने विचार रखे थे उन्होंने कहा है कि खजुराहो में ऐसा नहीं लगेगा कि उन्हें कुछ गंदा है आप ऐसा नहीं सोचेंगे कि बनाने वाले की सोच गंदी थी यहां तो इन मेट्रो प्रतिमाओं को देख देखकर शांति और पवित्रता का अनुभव होता है जो बड़ी ही हैरानी की बात है उसने कहा था कि जो लोग अपनी भावनाओं पर काबू नहीं रख पाते उन्हें इन मंदिरों को देखने के लिए जाना चाहिए क्योंकि उनका यह मानना था कि मंदिरों की दीवारों पर बनी इन मूर्तियों को अगर कोई इंसान ध्यान लगाकर सिर्फ घंटे बाद देख ले लें तो इससे उसकी वासना हमेशा के लिए खत्म हो सकती है वहीं मूर्तियों को मेडिटेशन का सबसे अच्छा ऑब्जेक्ट मानते थे इसी तरह दोस्तों अलग-अलग लोग खजुराहो के इन मंदिरों और मूर्तियों को बनाने के पीछे अपनी अलग-अलग राय और सोच रखते हैं।
