इंदौर की मूक-बधिर बेटी को 'मिस इंडिया अवॉर्ड':
वर्षा डोंगरे ने एक हजार प्रतियोगियों को हराकर हासिल किया खिताब, इशारों में बताया- बनना चाहती हैं मिस यूनिवर्स
इंदौर की मूक बधिर छात्रा वर्षा डोंगरे ने ‘मिस इंडिया अवार्ड’ हासिल कर कीर्तिमान रचा है। पिछले दिनों उत्तरप्रदेश के आगरा में आयोजित सामान्य प्रतिभागियों की ‘स्टार लाइन मिस इंडिया कांटेस्ट’ में एक हजार प्रतियोगी शामिल हुए थे। इनमें 40 लोगों का सिलेक्शन हुआ था। उसमें वर्षा ने यह उपलब्धि हासिल की।
5 अगस्त को आगरा में ‘स्टार लाइन मिस इंडिया कांटेस्ट’ आयोजित की गई थी। इसमें वर्षा अकेली ऐसी मूक बधिर थी, जो सामान्य प्रतियोगियों में शामिल हुई थी। गुरुवार को वह और उसके संबंधी कलेक्टर मनीष सिंह से मिले। उन्हें वर्षा की इस उपलब्धि से अवगत कराया। इस पर कलेक्टर ने उसे शुभकामनाएं दीं। वर्षा ने सांकेतिक भाषा में बताया कि वह अब ‘मिस यूनिवर्स’ की तैयारी करना चाहती है। उसकी साथी मानसी पटेल ने बताया, वर्षा ने पहले मूक बधिरों का ‘मिस एमपी अवाॅर्ड’ जीता था। फिर आगरा में आयोजित कॉन्टेस्ट में भाग लिया। कलेक्टर ने उसे भरोसा दिलाया कि ‘मिस यूनिवर्स’ की तैयारी के लिए उसे सामाजिक न्याय विभाग द्वारा मदद की जाएगी।
‘मिस यूनिवर्स’ बनने के लिए आर्थिक सहायता की जरुरत
वर्षा बीकॉम सेकंड ईयर की भी तैयारी कर रही है। उसे माता-पिता, छोटी बहन व चाचा भी मूक-बधिर हैं। परिवार पहले खंडवा में रहता था। अब इंदौर में ही है। पिता की कुछ साल पहले ही मौत हुई है। पिताजी का सपना था, वह जिंदगी में अच्छा काम करें। इसके चलते वह इस दिशा में कदम बढ़ा रही है। इसके साथ ही पढ़ाई में भी अव्वल आकर खुद का व शहर का नाम रोशन करना चाहती है।
अभी उसे ‘मिस इंडिया अवार्ड’ की तैयारियों करने में काफी आर्थिक तंगी का सामना करना पड़ा था। इसके लिए उसे इंदौर व खण्डवा जिला प्रशासन ने रेडक्रॉस के जरिए उसकी कुछ मदद की थी। इसके साथ ही कुछ समाजजनों ने सहयोग किया। इस तरह 60 हजार रु. से ज्यादा खर्च हुए थे। परिवार ने उसके ‘मिस यूनिवर्स’ की तैयारियों के लिए लोगों से अपील की है कि वे उसे आर्थिक मदद करें।

'Star Line Miss India Contest' was held in Agra on 5th August. In this, Varsha was the only deaf person who had joined the ordinary contestants. On Thursday, he and his relatives met Collector Manish Singh. He apprised them of this achievement of Varsha. On this the collector wished him the best. Varsha told in sign language that she now wants to prepare for 'Miss Universe'. Her partner Mansi Patel told, Varsha had earlier won the 'Miss MP Award' for the deaf. Then participated in the contest held in Agra. The collector assured her that she would be helped by the social justice department to prepare for 'Miss Universe'.
Need financial support to become 'Miss Universe'
Varsha is also preparing for B.Com second year. Her parents, younger sister and uncle are also deaf and deaf. The family earlier lived in Khandwa. Now in Indore only. Father died a few years back. Dad's dream was, he should do good work in life. Due to this, she is taking steps in this direction. Along with this, she also wants to illuminate the name of herself and the city by coming top in studies.
Right now she had to face a lot of financial constraints in preparing for 'Miss India Award'. For this, the Indore and Khandwa district administration had given him some help through the Red Cross. Along with this, some socialites cooperated. In this way 60 thousand rupees. Spent more than The family has appealed to people to help her financially to prepare for her 'Miss Universe'.
