अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2021 की थीम (International Yoga 2021 Theme)

हर साल योग दिवस अलग - अलग थीम के आधार पर मनाया जाता है. इस साल 2021 की थीम है 'बी विद योग, बी, एट होम' होगी यानी 'योग के साथ रहें, घर पर रहें'. पिछले साल 2020 की थीम थी- 'घर में रहकर योग करें.'


🔹योग दिवस का इतिहास :➜

 अपने पहले ही कार्यकाल में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस मनाने की पेशकश की। 2014 में 27 सितंबर को संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के भाषण में पीएम मोदी की अपील के बाद अमेरिका ने इसे मनाने का प्रस्ताव पास किया। फिर करीब 90 दिनों के भीतर ही अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस का प्रस्ताव 177 देशों में पारित किया गया।


🔹पहला योग दिवस:

 21 जून 2015 को पूरे विश्‍व में पहली बार अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय योग दिवस मनाया गया जिसमें करीब 36 हजार लोग शामिल हुए थे। साथ ही, लगभग 84 देशों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी योग के 21 आसन किये। इस कोरोना काल में स्वस्थ रहने में योग ने अहम भूमिका निभाई है। ऐसे में ये कहना कतई गलत नहीं होगा कि वर्तमान समय में लोगों की रुचि योग के प्रति अधिक हुई है और व्यापक तौर पर लोग इसे अपना रहे हैं।


🔹21 जून को ही क्यों मनाया जाता है योग दिवस:

 छह साल पहले 2015 में पहली बार मनाए गए योग दिवस को हर साल 21 जून को ही मनाया जाता है। विशेषज्ञ इसकी वजह भारतीय संस्कृति को मानते हैं। 21 जून ही वो दिन है जिसे साल का सबसे बड़ा दिन माना जाता है। इस दिन सूर्योदय जल्दी होता है और सूर्यास्त होने में अधिक समय लगता है। कहा जाता है कि ग्रीष्म संक्रांति के बाद सूर्य दक्षिणायन हो जाता है। यही कारण है कि योग दिवस 21 जून को मनाया जाता है।

June 21 is the day which is considered as the longest day of the year. Sunrise is early on this day and it takes longer time for sunset. It is said that the sun turns south after the summer solstice. This is the reason why Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June.
