विश्व पुरातत्व (विरासत/धरोहर) दिवस : 𝚆𝙾𝚁𝙻𝙳 𝙰𝚁𝙲𝙷𝙰𝙴𝙾𝙻𝙾𝙶𝙸𝙲𝙰𝙻 𝙷𝙴𝚁𝙸𝚃𝙰𝙶𝙴 𝙳𝙰𝚈 - 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟷

  विश्व धरोहर दिवस (World Heritage Day) हज़ारों वर्षों से मानव सभ्यता की विभिन्न विरासतें हमारे जीने के तरीकों का बखान करती आई हैं। प्रत्येक वर्ष 18 अप्रैल को विश्व धरोहर (विरासत) दिवस स्मारकों, ऐतिहासिक स्थलों और उनसे जुड़ी समृद्ध विरासत के संरक्षण प्रयासों के प्रति समर्पण भाव से मनाया जाता है। जिसके माध्यम से ऐतिहासिक धरोहरों के संरक्षण के प्रति लोगों को जागरुक किया जाता है। हम सभी जानते है कि ये ऐतिहासिक धरोहर ही इतिहास का प्रमाण हैं। विश्व धरोहर दिवस एक सामूहिक प्रयास है जो जरुरी विरासत को संरक्षित करने के लिए किया गया है। यह दिन सांस्कृतिक विरासत के प्रति संवेदनशीलता और इसके महत्व को समझाता है।

पहले प्रत्येक वर्ष इस दिन को '18 अप्रैल' को 'विश्व स्मारक और पुरातत्व स्थल दिवस' के रूप में मनाया जाता था, पर यूनेस्को ने हमारे पूर्वजों की दी हुई विरासत के महत्त्व को समझते हुए इसे "विश्व विरासत दिवस" में बदल दिया।

▪️ उद्देश्य :

सांस्कृतिक विरासत की विविधता के महत्व के सम्बन्ध में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और भावी पीढ़ियों के लिए इन्हें संरक्षित करने हेतु इस दिवस का अपना महत्व है।

▪️ शुरुआत :

• वर्ष 1982 में स्मारक और ऐतिहासिक स्थलों के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय परिषद (ICOMOS) के प्रयासों को मान्यता देने व वैश्विक धरोहर स्थलों के लिए किए गए कार्यों की सराहना करते हुए अंततः यूनेस्को ने अपने 22 वें आम सम्मेलन के दौरान दिए गए सुझाव को स्वीकार किया और हर वर्ष 18 अप्रैल को विश्व धरोहर दिवस मनाने की आधिकारिक घोषणा की।

▪️ समारक और स्थलों के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय परिषद :

• 18 अप्रैल 1965 में International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) नामक इस गैर-सरकारी संगठन की स्थापना वेनिस के चार्टर को अपनाने के बाद की गई थी। जिसका कार्य दुनिया भर में सांस्कृतिक धरोहर स्थलों का संरक्षण करना है।

• वेनिस चार्टर को 1964 के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय चार्टर के रूप में भी जाना जाता है जो कि स्मारकों व ऐतिहासिक स्थलों के संरक्षण तथा पुनर्स्थापना पर आधारित है।

• सर्वप्रथम 1931 के एथेंस चार्टर ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विरासत की अवधारणा को पेश किया था।

⌛️ विश्व विरासत /धरोहर दिवस का इतिहास :

इस दिवस का प्रस्ताव इंटरनेशनल काउंसिल ऑन मॉन्यूमेंट्स एंड साइट्स (ICOMOS) द्वारा 18 अप्रैल, 1982 को प्रस्तावित किया गया था और 1983 में यूनेस्को की महासभा द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया था।

पहला IDMS, 2001 में हमारे ऐतिहासिक गांव बचाओ विषय के साथ आयोजित किया गया था। यह दिन संयुक्त राष्ट्र शिक्षा, वैज्ञानिक और सांस्कृतिक संगठन (यूनेस्को) जैसे संगठनों द्वारा समर्थित है।

इंटरनेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ मोनुमेंट्स एंड साइट्स (ICOMOS) ने पहली बार विश्व विरासत दिवस 18 अप्रैल 1982 को मनाया था। इससे पहले वर्ष 1968 में एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगठन ने विश्व प्रसिद्ध इमारतों और प्राकृतिक स्थलों की रक्षा के लिए एक प्रस्ताव रखा था। यह प्रस्ताव 1972 ई. में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सामने स्टॉकहोम में एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन (Seminar) के दौरान रखा गया, यही यह प्रस्ताव पारित हुआ और ऐतिहासिक और प्राकृतिक धरोहरों को बचाने की शपथ विश्व के लगभग सभी देशों ने मिलकर ली। इसी के साथ यूनेस्को वर्ल्ड हेरिटेज सेंटर अस्तित्व में आया। इसके बाद विश्व धरोहर स्थलों की सूचि बनाई गई।

  World Heritage Day has been telling our ways of living various heritage of human civilization for thousands of years. Every year on 18 April, World Heritage (Heritage) Day is celebrated with dedication towards the conservation efforts of monuments, historical sites and the rich heritage associated with them. Through which people are made aware of the preservation of historical heritage. We all know that these historical heritage are the proof of history. World Heritage Day is a collective effort to preserve essential heritage. This day explains the sensitivity to cultural heritage and its importance.

Earlier on 18 April, this day was celebrated as 'World Memorial and Archaeological Site Day', but UNESCO, realizing the importance of the heritage given to our ancestors, changed it to "World Heritage Day".

This day has its own importance to raise awareness about the importance of diversity of cultural heritage and to preserve them for future generations.

▪️ Begin:

In recognition of the efforts of the International Council for Monuments and Historical Sites (ICOMOS) in 1982 and commending the work done for global heritage sites, UNESCO finally accepted the suggestion made during its 22nd General Conference and Announced to celebrate World Heritage Day on 18 April every year.

 International Council for Equalizers and Destinations:

• This non-governmental organization called the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) was established on 18 April 1965 after the adoption of the Charter of Venice. Whose task is to preserve cultural heritage sites around the world.

The Venice Charter is also known as the International Charter of 1964, which is based on the preservation and restoration of monuments and historical sites.

• The Athens Charter of 1931 first introduced the concept of international heritage.

 International Day for Monuments and Sites International commemorative day and venue are held on 18 April every year around the world. The objective is to promote awareness of the diversity of cultural heritage, vulnerability of sites and monuments and the efforts required for their protection and conservation.

 History of World Heritage / Heritage Day:

The day was proposed by the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) on 18 April 1982 and approved by the General Assembly of UNESCO in 1983.

The first IDMS was organized in 2001 with the theme of our historic village Bachao. The day is supported by organizations such as the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

The International Council of Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) first celebrated World Heritage Day on 18 April 1982. Earlier in the year 1968, an international organization made a proposal to protect world famous buildings and natural sites. The resolution was placed before the United Nations during an International Conference (Seminar) in Stockholm in 1972, this resolution was passed and the pledge to save historic and natural heritage was taken by almost all countries of the world. With this, the UNESCO World Heritage Center came into existence. After this, a list of World Heritage Sites was made.
