✅ 15 फरवरी से लागू हुआ फास्टैग (FASTag)
15 फरवरी से फास्टैग अनिवार्य रूप से लागू हो गया है। इससे पहले केंद्र सरकार ने फास्टैग (FASTag) की डेडलाइन को 15 फरवरी, 2021 तक बढ़ा दिया था। अब लोगों को टोल अदा करने के लिए टोल प्लाजा पर रुकने की ज़रुरत नही पड़ेगी, फास्टैग के द्वारा टोल अपने आप ही कट जायेगा।
▪️ FASTag क्या है?
FASTag इलेक्ट्रॉनिक टोल संग्रहण प्रणाली है, इसका संचालन राष्ट्रीय उच्चमार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHAI) द्वारा किया जा रहा है। FASTag के द्वारा टोल प्लाजा में रुके बिना ही व्यक्ति के खाते से टोल चार्ज अपने आप कट जायेगा, अब टोल कर अदा करने के लिए गाड़ी रोकने की ज़रुरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
FASTag एक प्रीपेड अकाउंट से जुड़े हुए होते हैं, इसके द्वारा टोल प्लाजा से गुजरते हुए व्यक्ति के खाते से टोल अपने आप ही कट जायेगा। FASTag के लिए रेडियो-फ्रीक्वेंसी आइडेंटिफिकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग किया जा रहा है।
▪️ FASTag की विशेषताएं :
• FASTag को ग्राहक अपनी पसंद के बैंक खाते से लिंक कर सकते हैं।
• इससे ग्राहकों को काफी सुविधा होगी।
• FASTag एप्प की सहायता से किसी भी FASTag को रिचार्ज किया जा सकता है।
• बाद में FASTag का उपयोग पेट्रोल पंप पर इंधन को खरीदने के लिए भी किया जा सकता है।
▪️ रेडियो-फ्रीक्वेंसी आइडेंटिफिकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी (RFID) :
रेडियो-फ्रीक्वेंसी आइडेंटिफिकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी इलेक्ट्रोमैग्नेटिक फील्ड का उपयोग करती है, यह उन टैग्स को डिटेक्ट करती है जिनमे इलेक्ट्रानिकली सूचना स्टोर की जाती है।
एक द्वि-मार्गीय रेडियो ट्रांसमीटर-रिसीवर टैग के लिए सिग्नल भेजता है तथा उसकी प्रतिक्रिया का अध्ययन करता है। RFID रीडर टैग के लिए एक एनकोडेड रेडियो सिग्नल भेजता है। टैग इस सिग्नल को रिसीव करता है तथा अपनी पहचान के साथ कुछ और सूचना को वापस भेजता है।
FASTag implemented from February 15
Fastag has essentially come into force from 15 February. Earlier, the central government extended the deadline of FASTag to February 15, 2021. Now people will not have to stop at the toll plaza to pay toll, the toll will be cut automatically by Fastag.
What is FASTag?
FASTag is an electronic toll collection system, operated by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The toll charge will automatically be deducted from the account of the person without stopping at the toll plaza through FASTag, now there is no need to stop the car to pay the toll tax.
FASTag is linked to a prepaid account, through this the toll will automatically be deducted from the account of the person passing through the toll plaza. Radio-frequency identification technology is being used for FASTag.
Features of AST FASTag:
• Customers can link FASTag to the bank account of their choice.
• This will greatly facilitate the customers.
• Any FASTag can be recharged with the help of the FASTag app.
• Later FASTag can also be used to purchase fuel at petrol pumps.
▪️ Radio-Frequency Identification Technology (RFID):
Radio-frequency identification technology uses electromagnetic fields, it detects the tags in which information is stored electronically.
A two-way radio transmitter-receiver sends a signal to the tag and studies its response. The RFID reader sends an encoded radio signal to the tag. The tag receives this signal and sends back some more information with its identity.
