✅ 19 फरवरी : मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड दिवस : 𝚂𝙾𝙸𝙻 𝙷𝙴𝙰𝙻𝚃𝙷 𝙲𝙰𝚁𝙳 𝙳𝙰𝚈
भारत सरकार ने 19 फरवरी, 2020 को साइल हेल्थ कार्ड दिवस के रूप में मनाने का निर्णय लिया है। साइल हेल्थ कार्ड स्कीम को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा 19 फरवरी, 2015 को लांच किया गया था।
▪️ उद्देश्य :
इस योजना का उद्देश्य मिट्टी की उपजाऊ क्षमता का मूल्यांकन करना था। इस योजना के तहत प्रत्येक दो वर्ष बाद साइल हेल्थ कार्ड जारी किये जाते हैं। इसके द्वारा किसानों को खेत में उर्वरक की उचित मात्र डालने में आसानी होती है, इससे बड़े पैमाने पर अतिरिक्त उर्वरक के उपयोग में कमी आई है।
राष्ट्रीय उत्पादकता परिषद् द्वारा किये गये एक अध्ययन के अनुसार देश में साइल कार्ड (Soil Health Card) के उपयोग से उर्वरक के उपयोग में 10% की कमी आई है। इस अध्ययन से यह भी ज्ञात हुआ है कि साइल कार्ड के कारण उत्पादकता में 5-6% की वृद्धि हुई है। साइल कार्ड योजना में मिट्टी में कम हो रहे पोषक तत्वों की समस्या पर फोकस किया जाता है।
▪️ साइल हेल्थ कार्ड्स (मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड) :
केंद्र सरकार ने 2014-15 में साइल हेल्थ कार्ड योजना शुरू की थी। 2015-17 के दौरान 10.74 करोड़ साइल हेल्थ कार्ड जारी किये गये। जबकि 2017-19 के दौरान 11.69 करोड़ हेल्थ कार्ड जारी किये गये।

The Government of India has decided to celebrate February 19, 2020 as Silen Health Card Day. The Psil Health Card Scheme was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 19 February 2015.
▪️ Objective:
The purpose of this scheme was to evaluate the fertile capacity of the soil. Soil health cards are issued after every two years under this scheme. This makes it easier for farmers to put proper amount of fertilizer in the field, which has reduced the use of additional fertilizer on a large scale.
According to a study done by the National Productivity Council, the use of Soil Health Card in the country has reduced the use of fertilizer by 10%. From this study it has also been found that productivity has increased by 5-6% due to the seal card. The Sail Card scheme focuses on the problem of nutrient depletion in the soil.

In 2014-15, the Central Health Card Scheme was launched by the Central Government. During 2015-17, 10.74 crore soil health cards were issued. While 11.69 crore health cards were issued during 2017-19.
