विश्व मधुमक्खी दिवस : 𝚆𝙾𝚁𝙻𝙳 𝙱𝙴𝙴 𝙳𝙰𝚈 🐝

संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा हर साल 20 मई को विश्व मधुमक्खी दिवस (World Bee Day) के रूप में मनाया जाता है। विश्व मधुमक्खी दिवस (World Bee Day) हर साल 20 मई को विश्व स्तर पर मनाया जाता है। इस दिन, 20 मई को, मधुमक्खी पालन के प्रणेता एंटोन जानसा (Anton Janša) का जन्म 1734 में स्लोवेनिया (Slovenia) में हुआ था।  मधुमक्खी दिवस का उद्देश्य पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र में मधुमक्खियों और अन्य परागणकों की भूमिका को स्वीकार करना है। दुनिया के खाद्य उत्पादन का लगभग 33% मधुमक्खियों पर निर्भर करता है, इसलिए वे जैव विविधता के संरक्षण, प्रकृति में पारिस्थितिक संतुलन और प्रदूषण को कम करने में सहायक हैं।

विश्व मधुमक्खी दिवस स्लोवेनियाई मधुमक्खी पालन के अग्रणी एंटोन जानसा (Anton Jansa) के जन्मदिन के उपलक्ष्य में मनाया जाता है। परागणकों, चिड़ियों, तितलियों, चमगादड़ों के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए यह दिन मनाया जा रहा है। जैव विविधता पर कन्वेंशन (Convention on Biological Diversity) इन परागणकों के संरक्षण पर भी ध्यान केंद्रित करता है। 2000 में, COP (Conference of Parties) V में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय परागकण पहल (International Pollinator Initiative) शुरू की गई थी। यह पहल कृषि में परागणकों की स्थिरता पर केंद्रित है।

♻️ महत्व (Importance) :

मधुमक्खियां सबसे बड़ी परागणकर्ता (pollinator) हैं। वे वर्तमान में निवास स्थान के नुकसान, परजीवियों, बीमारियों और कृषि कीटनाशकों के कारण बड़े खतरों में हैं। संयुक्त राष्ट्र के अनुसार, विश्व की लगभग 35% कृषि अभी भी परागणकों पर निर्भर है।

🌺 अतर्राष्ट्रीय परागक पहल :

इंटरनेशनल पोलिनेटर इनिशिएटिव (International Pollinator Initiative) का मुख्य उद्देश्य समन्वित विश्वव्यापी कार्रवाई को बढ़ावा देना है। इसे जैविक विविधता पर कन्वेंशन (Convention on Biological Diversity) के तहत लॉन्च किया गया था। यह पहल 2030 तक चलने वाली है। भारत भी इस पहल का हिस्सा है।

जैव विविधता पर कन्वेंशन (Convention on Biological Diversity) एक बहुपक्षीय संधि है। इसे 1992 में रियो डी जेनेरियो में आयोजित पृथ्वी शिखर सम्मेलन में शुरू किया गया था।

⌛️ विश्व मधुमक्खी दिवस का इतिहास :

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सदस्य राज्यों ने दिसंबर 2017 में 20 मई को विश्व मधुमक्खी दिवस के रूप में घोषित करने के स्लोवेनिया के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी। संकल्प ने विशिष्ट संरक्षण उपायों को अपनाने का आह्वान किया और मधुमक्खियों के संरक्षण के महत्व और मानवता के लिए उनके महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। पहला विश्व मधुमक्खी दिवस 2018 में मनाया गया था।

 History of World Bee Day:

The member states of the United Nations approved Slovenia's proposal to declare May 20 as World Bee Day in December 2017. The resolution called for the adoption of specific conservation measures and highlighted the importance of conserving bees and their importance to humanity. The first World Bee Day was celebrated in 2018.
