हर साल, विश्व प्रत्यायन दिवस (World Accreditation Day - WAD) 9 जून को विश्व स्तर पर व्यापार और अर्थव्यवस्था में प्रत्यायन की भूमिका को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मनाया जाता है। इस दिवस को मनाने की पहल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन मंच (International Accreditation Forum) और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रयोगशाला प्रत्यायन सहयोग (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) द्वारा शुरू की गई थी।

📌 थीम व विषय 2021 :

विश्व प्रत्यायन दिवस (World Accreditation Day) 2021 के लिए थीम व विषय ➛ “Accreditation: Supporting the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” "प्रत्यायन: सतत विकास लक्ष्यों (एसडीजी) के कार्यान्वयन का समर्थन" है।

यह ILAC और IAF सदस्यों को हितधारकों, नियामकों और उपभोक्ताओं के साथ उदाहरण साझा करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है कि अर्थव्यवस्था में कैसे व्यापार को बढ़ाने, पर्यावरण और स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा चिंताओं को दूर करने, और उत्पादन की सामान्य समग्र गुणवत्ता में सुधार जैसे उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने के लिए प्रत्यायन लागू की जा सकती है।

WAD एक वैश्विक पहल है, जिसे प्रत्यायन के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन फोरम (IAF) और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रयोगशाला प्रत्यायन सहयोग (ILAC) द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से स्थापित किया गया है।

 भारत (India) :

भारत में, क्वालिटी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (Quality Council of India) द्वारा यह दिवस मनाया जाता है। इसके अलावा, National Accreditation Board for Testing and calibration Laboratories और National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies द्वारा वेबिनार आयोजित किए जाते हैं।

FSSAI के अनुसार, भारत में प्रत्यायन के संबंध में वर्तमान आवश्यकताएं निम्नलिखित हैं:

• प्रवीणता परीक्षण।

• रैपिड टेस्ट किट विकसित करना।

• मान्यता प्राप्त संदर्भ सामग्री उत्पादकों की संख्या बढ़ाई जानी चाहिए।

• सूचना के आदान-प्रदान के लिए एकीकृत प्रणाली।

• खाद्य विश्लेषण के लिए रैपिड टेस्ट किट।

• उत्पादों को प्रमाणित करने के लिए प्रत्यायन योजना।

• भारत को भी वर्चुअल असेसमेंट को संस्थागत बनाने की जरूरत है।

♻️ क्वालिटी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया :

भारतीय गुणवत्ता परिषद (Quality Council of India) की स्थापना 1997 में हुई थी। QCI का मुख्य उद्देश्य देश में सभी सामाजिक और आर्थिक क्षेत्रों में गुणवत्ता मानकों को स्थापित करना है। इसे नीदरलैंड मॉडल के आधार पर एक सार्वजनिक निजी भागीदारी के रूप में स्थापित किया गया था। यह उद्योग और आंतरिक व्यापार संवर्धन विभाग (DPIIT) द्वारा स्थापित की गयी थी।

QCI (Quality Council of India) के प्रमुख प्रवर्तक CII (भारतीय उद्योग परिसंघ), FICCI (फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री) हैं।

9 June - World Accreditation Day to Confidence : -

Every year, World Accreditation Day (WAD) is observed on 9 June to promote the role of accreditation in business and economy globally. The initiative to celebrate this day was initiated by the International Accreditation Forum and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation.

Theme and Theme 2021 :

The theme and theme for World Accreditation Day 2021 is “Accreditation: Supporting the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” “Accreditation: Supporting the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”.

It provides ILAC and IAF members an opportunity to share examples with stakeholders, regulators and consumers on how the economy can achieve objectives such as increasing business, addressing environmental and health and safety concerns, and improving the general overall quality of production. Accreditation may be applied for completion.

WAD is a global initiative, jointly established by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) to raise awareness of the importance of accreditation.

 India :

In India, this day is celebrated by the Quality Council of India. In addition, webinars are organized by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories and the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies.

According to FSSAI, the following are the current requirements regarding accreditation in India:

• Proficiency Test.

• Developing rapid test kits.

• The number of recognized reference material producers should be increased.

• Integrated system for exchange of information.

• Rapid test kit for food analysis.

• Accreditation scheme to certify products.

• India also needs to institutionalize virtual assessment.

️ Quality Council of India :

The Quality Council of India was established in 1997. The main objective of QCI is to establish quality standards in all social and economic sectors in the country. It was established as a public private partnership based on the Netherlands model. It was established by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

The main promoters of QCI (Quality Council of India) are CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry).
