► सोनार :- इसका उपयोग समुद्र के भीतर छिपी वस्तुओ का पता लगाने में किया जाता है  |

► एनीमोमीटर :- इसका उपयोग वायु की गति मापने में किया जाता है |

► पाइरोमीटर :-  उच्च ताप की माप के लिए उपयोग मे लाया जाता है  |

► बैरोमीटर:- वायुमंडलीय दाब मापने में इसका उपयोग किया जाता है |

► हाइड्रोमीटर :- इसका उपयोग जल का घनत्व नापने के लिए किया जाता है |

► हाइग्रोमीटर :- हवा की आर्द्रता नापने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है |

► लेक्टोमीटर -  दूध का घनत्व मापने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है 

► स्टेथोस्कोप : इससे हृदय की धड़कन को सुना जाता है |

► स्फिग्नोमेनोमीटर: इससे Blood Pressure (BP) मापते है |

► केरेटमीटर : सोने की शुद्धता का पता लगाने में इसका उपयोग किया जाता है

► लक्समीटर : प्रकाश की तीव्रता को मापने में उपयोग मे लाया जाता है

► रडार - रेडिओ तरंगो द्वारा वस्तुओ की स्थिति ज्ञात करना |

► सिस्मोग्राफ - इससे भूकंप की तीव्रता मापी जाती है |

► फेदोमीटर : समुद्र की गहराई मापने में इसका उपयोग किया जाता है |

► पोलीग्राफ़ : झूठ पता लगाने का यंत्र |

► Sonar: - It is used to locate objects hidden within the sea.

► Anemometer: - It is used in measuring wind speed.

► Pyrometer: - is used for measurement of high temperature.

► Barometer: - It is used in measuring atmospheric pressure.

► Hydrometer: - It is used to measure the density of water.

► Hygrometer: - It is used to measure the humidity of the air

► Lectometer - It is used to measure the density of milk.

► Stethoscope: heartbeat is heard from it.

► Sphygnomenometer: By this, Blood Pressure (BP) is measured.

► Keratmeter: It is used in determining the purity of gold

► Luxmeter: used to measure the intensity of light

► Radar - To find the position of objects by radio waves.

► Seismograph - This is used to measure the intensity of earthquake.

► Phaedometer: It is used in measuring the depth of the ocean.

► Polygraph: lie detection machine.
