श्रमिक स्मृति दिवस (Workers' Memorial Day), जिसे मृतक और घायल श्रमिकों के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्मारक दिवस के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, हर साल 28 अप्रैल को मनाया जाता है। वर्ष 1996 से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार संघ परिसंघ (International Trade Union Confederation) द्वारा दुनिया भर में इस दिवस का आयोजन किया गया है।

इस दिन का उद्देश्य काम पर होने वाली घटनाओं या काम के कारण होने वाली बीमारियों में मारे गए श्रमिकों को याद करना और इस तिथि पर दुनिया भर में जुटने और जागरूकता अभियान आयोजित करके व्यावसायिक दुर्घटनाओं और बीमारियों के शिकार लोगों को सम्मानित करना है।

Workers' Memorial Day, also known as International Memorial Day for the deceased and injured workers, is celebrated on 28 April every year. Since 1996, this day has been organized around the world by the International Trade Union Confederation.
